Remote Assistance
Even though our system is extremely simple to use if you run into difficulties any time we will be pleased to help. Simply follow the next steps:
#1 Download Crossloop (VNC for remote assitance) <click here>
#2 After downloading and installing the program

3 Run the program
Make sure to click the Share tab and you will see a screen similar to this:
Contact Redcetera and let us know the access code (this will encrypt data sent between us) then click connect
Afer the connection (no more than a few minutes) is established you will see this screen (to accept our remote access):
Click the green 'Yes' button. After a short while we will have control of your computer and can guide you with the help you require
To disconinue the session (at any time) via the Disconnect button bottom left of the first screen
